For me light is everything. From the words of my first lighting mentor…
“go for a walk in an English wood”, to the films of Ridley Scott and the paintings of Caravaggio. I am obsessed by light, I snap the light through the trees walking my son to school on my phone and am generally happiest moving lights around endlessly whilst pumping smoke over the shoot until someone complains that they can’t see the model anymore! We generally reach a compromise..... I love fashion I grew up surrounded by it, the 1960’s are a big influence on me and I am always trying to sneak a bit of that Pop Art glamour and fun into everything I do.
